The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Excise Case No. 331/2017, arising out of Kodobari P.S. Case No. 17/2017 dated 18.07.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 15 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2017 and he does not bear any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Special Case No. 331/2017, arising out of Kodobari P.S. Case No. 17/2017.
