The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 342, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant and his other family members by the petitioner and other accused persons by means of Chhura, Hasaua and Garasa. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that main allegation of assault is against coaccused Ramprit Rai. He further submits that the injury report vide para-26 of the case diary shows that all injuries are simple
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20998 of 2022(3) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 in nature except injury no.4 which is pain on left side of the chest. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM (P), Sitamarhi in connection with Pupari P.S. Case No. 659 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
