Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2669 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that when he was standing in front of his house, petitioner along with other co-accused surrounded him and started assaulting him and thereafter petitioner gave knife blow on his chest. Injury found is simple in nature.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56874 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motives. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 16.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Namita Singh, learned Sub-Judge-XV-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2669 of 2018).
