Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307/324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is specific case of the informant that he sustained fire-arm injury, which is said to be opened by co-accused, Ashok Yadav and so far as petitioner is concerned; it is only stated that he along with other FIR named accused made indiscriminate firing. The present occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
