This application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been moved praying for appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties.

Keeping in view the provisions of Clause 64.1-(i), the dispute can be resolved by appointment of an arbitrator. In view of the nature of the dispute and the submissions raised and in view of the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and Appointment of Arbitrators by the Chief Justice of Patna High Court Scheme,
