No. 5818 of 2018) arise out of same FIR and therefore are being disposed of by this common order.
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Counsel for the State.
Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Makhdumpur PS Case No. 92 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the IPC.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1598 of 2018 (3) dt.12-02-2018 The allegation in brief is that the accused persons came to the jewellery shop of the informant, started making demand of extortion and when he refused then Kari Yadav gave sword blow over him and Dharmendra Manjhi and Subodh Paswan taken away jewellery and One lakh fifty thousand rupees cash. Submission is that for the same offence another case Makhdumpur PS Case No. 95 of 2017 was instituted having identical allegations and in that case the petitioners have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners namely Lalu Yadav and Vitori @ Victoriya Sao @ Vitoriya Sao are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) by both of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur PS Case No. 92 of 2017.
