Case No. 33 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Husband is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2018. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
