Petitioner seeks bail in Aungari (Pirbigha) P.S. Case No.09 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 365 Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he is helping other accused persons in concealing the son of the informant, Ashish Ranjan, who has been forcibly taken by Dharmendra Yadav. Compromise has taken place between the parties.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 25.06.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55603 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Aungari (Pirbigha) P.S.
