2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 447 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 109(1), 308(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner for demanding extortion (Rangdari) had shot at the victim causing gun shot injury in the chest. The petitioner is in jail since 27.09.2025 and has three criminal antecedents.

4. There is specific allegation against the petitioner of firing upon the victim with intention to kill him. The allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature.

5. Considering the nature and the gravity of the

6. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
