Mr. Binay Kant Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in view of the observation given in order dated 26.2.2021 passed in B.P. No. 249 of 2021 whereby the application for bail of the petitioner was rejected by the learned Court below, wherein it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after four months of detention in jail custody. Permission is granted.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
