2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 303(2) and 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, stolen electric wire was recovered from the Godown of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the Power Company opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that there is recovery of stolen wire from the Godown of the petitioner.
