2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 140(2), 103(1), 23/61(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim was kidnapped and killed by the criminals and the petitioner is also said to be the part of the conspiracy as the call of ransom was made from the mobile phone of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.11.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
