The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)a/26/35, 25(1-AA) of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one country-made pistol and cash Rs. 510000/- was recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 19-02-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. No arms is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the petitioners. Arms are said to have been recovered from the co-accused namely

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22371 of 2019(4) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 Manoj Kumar. The name of the petitioners has come in this case on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused Manoj Kumar. Except for this, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioners in the present case. The other co-accused with similar allegation have been granted bail by coordinate benches of this court vide orders dated 18-12-2018 and 20-12-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 75730 of 2018 and 74798 of 2018.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 224 of 2018.
