JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 24-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the husband of the informant by means of iron rod on his face causing his left eye injured.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the said occurrence took place with the coaccused Bhola Manjhi and not with the petitioner. He submits that the injuries caused by hard and blunt object and during course of treatment by the doctor it turned to grievous in nature.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/successor court where the case is pending in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019.
