JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. The allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners have killed the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfilment of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 24.6.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners No.1 and 2 are the father-in-law and the mother-in-law respectively of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33376 of 2016 (3) dt.29-09-2016 husband of the deceased. The husband is in jail. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Purhaniya P.S. case No.32 of 2016.
