1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. To declare the notice impugned contained in annexure- 4 as illegal, malafide, capricious and colourable exercise of power because the same has been issued without hearing the petitioner.

ii. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus for a direction to the respondents authorities to not disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner till the disposal of the case or till the logical conclusion of the matter.

iii. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus for a direction to respondent authorities to not pass any adverse order against the petitioner till the disposal of the present writ petition."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Baheri, District-Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
