The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nadi P.S. Case No.24 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of seizure list, it would be evident that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner rather recovery of illicit liquor was made from the house of Gona Rai.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17583 of 2020(3) dt.02-12-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Nadi P.S.
