The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Garkha P.S. Case No. 553 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by lathi and bricks causing simple injury. It is submitted that there is case and counter case. Due to land dispute between the parties the alleged occurrence took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of

Case No. 553 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
