The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Issuance of the writ/s, order/s, direction/s including a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 06.02.2014 and 28.05.2014 passed by respondent nos.2 and 3 respectively, whereby and whereunder the pecuniary order has been passed against the petitioner, annexed as Annexure-5 and 6 respectively to this writ petition.

(ii) Issuance of the writ in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16967 of 2014(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to give their effect of finding given by the conducting officer in departmental proceeding."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate memorial petition for redressal of his grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate memorial petition is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, in accordance with law, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
