Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner also of demand of dowry and torture for the same as well as commission of dowry death to his daughter-in-law. Husband of the victim is already in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2017. Investigation is already complete now. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
