The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 364/302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 684 of 2018.
The petitioner and others kidnapped to the deceased and subsequently dead body was recovered.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within nine months, failing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20600 of 2019(4) dt.10-06-2019 2/2 which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail before the trial judge itself.
