JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that huge quantity of country made liquor, kept in pouches, was recovered from a Mini van which was being driven by the petitioner at the relevant time, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with N.T.P.C Khaira P.S.Case No. 22 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Aurangabad, stands rejected.

However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below after four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, if his trial is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34223 of 2016 (2) dt.22-08-2016 2/2 concluded within the aforesaid period.
