KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Madhuban P. S. Case no. 187 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is the son of the deceased and FIR has been lodged against unknown. However, during investigation on the basis of statement of co-accused Raj Kishsore Sahani the houses of Dhananjay Mahto and Ramlakhan Mahto were searched and blood-stained paint was recovered from the house of Ramlakhan Mahto. However, against Dhananjay Mahto except confession, there is no incriminating material against him. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1020 of 2018(3) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Motihari at East Champaran, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case no. 187 of 2017. So far as petitioner no. 2, Ramlakhan Mahto, is concerned, his prayer for bail is rejected.
