The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 for the offences punishable under 30(a) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 468 liters of illicit liquor from the canal situated in front of the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 05.02.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
