====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 240 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code Sections 30(a), 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with liquor in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.06.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56220 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 240 of 2018.
