1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this writ application is for issuance of a direction to the Respondents to pay interest @ 15% per annum compoundable over Rs.

6,81,472/- which was paid by the Respondents on 4.3.2013 though it was due from the year 2008."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal
