The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of giving threats is neither from the mobile of the present petitioner nor has any recovery been made from him. The only allegation is that the local people stated the name of the petitioner which has brought about the present prosecution against him and he has been falsely implicated on account of local politics.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner
