Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he opened a bank account in the name of informant by creating the documents of identity proof etc. of the informant fraudulently. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the basis of alleged saving account, the petitioner had obtained loan from the bank. However, the petitioner has already refunded the entire loan money. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.09.2017.

No.2665 of 2018 (3) dt.29-01-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Shastri Nagar Police Station Case No. 558 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
