We have perused the affidavit filed in support of this application. It appears that the defects as pointed out by the office have been removed.

The application is, accordingly, allowed. The order dated 06.10.2018 is recalled and MJC No.3478 of 2018 is restored to its original number. Office is directed to permit the petitioner to carry out the necessary corrections of removal of defects accordingly.
