This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28988 of 2021 whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order. Having regard to the submissions of made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28988 of 2021 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22290 of 2023(2) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 hereby extended by four weeks from today.
