JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of blockage of passage and it is alleged that due to the aforesaid blockage of passage, an altercation took place between the parties. Furthermore, it is alleged that co-accused Sunita Devi handed over a bamboo piece to the co-accused Rajesh Rai and on instigation of the petitioners, he assaulted the informant by a bamboo piece causing injury on his left elbow. However, it is alleged that the informant's father sustained one injury caused by bamboo piece on the back of his head, as a result of which he died on the spot. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S.Case No. 52 of 2016.
