The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 468/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 456, 457 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. During investigation, police arrested one Badrul Imam, who disclosed name of this petitioner in his confessional statement. It is further submitted that aforesaid Badrul Imam has already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 56540/2018 dated 04.10.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55773 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
