The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is widow mother-in-law of the victim of dowry death. The husband of the victim is already in custody. The allegation is general and omnibus.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation as well as the fact that petitioner is a widow aged about 65 years, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
