JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Heard Sri Y.C. Verma, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Tapeshwar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary, learned A.P.P. In the present petition petitioner has made a limited prayer for extending the time for surrender before the court below. Earlier, by order dated 18.6.2015 anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was disposed of in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.

It was further submitted that petitioner was ready to deposit the alleged amount.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33594 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 appropriate order. It was submitted that in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances steps were taken by the petitioner, however, for extending the period of surrender in the present petition affidavit was sworn on 17.7.2015, but it could be filed on 21.7.2015.

In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances, further four weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below in view of the order dated 18.6.2015.

The petition stands disposed of.
