Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report but only allegation against him is that he was also present along with other FIR named accused persons at the time of alleged occurrence and according to the prosecution case itself, it were co- accused Chhatriya Yadav and Yogi Yadav who opened fire on the informant. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 6.4.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
