Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in para 4 of the bail petition. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila (Samastipur) P.S. Case No.23 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 379, 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is husband of the informant. The wife made allegation that after marriage she gave birth to a female child but thereafter the petitioner subjected her to all sorts of physical and mental torture. The petitioner solemnized second marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22222 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 the petitioner solemnized second marriage after getting divorce from first wife at social level. The petitioner is ready to resolve the dispute.

Having considered the facts that besides the allegation that the petitioner subjected the informant to all sorts of physical and mental torture and deserted her but petitioner also solemnized second marriage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
