Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-47(a) of the Excise Act.
Ten litres illicit liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 15-06-2016.
Submission on behalf of petitioner is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner and the present case is nothing but only high handedness of the Excise Officials. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances
