The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioner entered into his house and tried to outrage the modesty of his wife and also assaulted her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is cousin brother of the informant and there is land dispute.

It appears from the perusal of the record that there is very specific allegation that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant in a drunken stage in his absence and tried to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40548 of 2014 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 outrage the modesty of his wife. The wife and other witnesses have also reiterated the same facts.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
