Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 21.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39263 of 2017 and there is allegation against the petitioner of kidnapping of the minor girl.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the victim girl has appeared in the court below and stated that she has married with the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody for more than one year.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58132 of 2018 (2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the learned ADJ 1st, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S.Case no.69 of 2017 dated 11.4.2017 and POSCO Case No.67 of 2017, with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
