JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation and material as well as the fact that other co-accused has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No.108 of 2017, with following conditions:

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57173 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 P2/ (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
