The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2020 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is gti of the deceased. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against her. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further he submits that husband of the deceased is already in custody.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
