Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 39(A), 38(ii) and 41(1) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the joint house. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged liquor. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.07.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56674 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018.
