The petitioner being the married sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general in nature and the petitioner is residing at her in-laws house. The motherin-law of the victim has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 26399 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34563 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
