2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/120(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 01.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23480 of 2025.

3. This Court had granted provisional bail to the petitioner for the treatment of his father. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner duly surrendered before the court concerned. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2024, in the trial there has been no progress and witnesses have not been examined, though the charges have

4. Considering the allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

6. The Superintendent of Police, Begusarai is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses in the trial.
