2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c), 23(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 123.800Kg of ganja from the co-accused who has taken the name of the petitioner as the owner of the ganja.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2025 and has eight criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the ganja and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
