The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the informant and her daughter due to which they sustained injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the FIR was after two days of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20014 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 alleged occurrence. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Baisee P.S. Case No. 376 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
