JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents to enquire the appointment made by the Respondent No. 6 in the year 2006 because the appointment made by the respondent on the forged certificate and further direct the Respondent No. 3 to examine

Patna High Court CWJC No.10612 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 the certificate of the appointed teachers and cancel the appointment and further direct the respondents to prepare a fresh list for appointment and appoint the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher because the petitioner having more marks amongst the candidates appearing for counseling and further direct the respondent to examine the merit list prepared by the Respondent No. 6 on the basis of forged certificate and take necessary proper action in this matter and further for any other relief/reliefs as the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
