The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 25/2017, registered for the offences under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal code. In view of allegation made against the petitioner and considering the statement made in para 2 of the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court

No.28867 of 2021(4) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ld. Case No. 25/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
