JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 120(B), 143, 144, 145, 147, 148, 153B, 149, 151, 152, 153, 153A, 290, 291, 295, 295A, 298, 307, 324, 326, 338, 332, 333, 337, 341, 342, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Md. Rijwan with similar allegation has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 50720 of 2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56733 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Samastipur, in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S.
