JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The allegation against the petitioner is that one another person had appeared in his place in the examination of constable recruitment. Having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 15.05.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.S.Case No. 65 of 2016.
